Villa Françoise was recently renovated and got new furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open American kitchen, dining area,
and a big living room from which you can access the lanai and the pool area!
You can also access the lanai and pool area from the masterbedroom and the dining area.
The house features an AC unit, 2-car garage, Wireless Internet, LCD-TV, and a stereo system with DVD-player!
The kitchen features everything you need: new refridgerator with ice cubes, ceran-stove with oven,
microwave, dishwasher, and much more, like a coffee machine, toaster, watercooker, etc.
The masterbedroom has a walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom with a big shower and jacuzzy.
There is also a bedroom with double-bed, and a bedroom with two single beds,
with bathroom that features a bath/shower and pool area access.
The pool area has a roofed veranda of ca. 30qm area (10m x 3m).
The electric heat-up pool is ca. 4.5m wide and ca. 8m long.
There is a total of 100qm in the pool area, of which 30qm is roofed.
A huge table with 6 chairs, 2 sunshields, 4 sunbeds, and a gas grill invite you to relax!
An automatic sprinker systems always makes sure that the lawn is green!
Lawn- and pool service is included.
Also, there is protection against insects, so you don’t have to worry about anything when
swimming in the pool, or when having a BBQ!
The house was built in 2004 and is located in the quiet North-West of Cape Coral.
The nearest supermarket and gas station is only 2 miles away!
The house is located on a quiet street.
Rent a boat and explore the phantastic isles with the white beaches!
In about 20 minutes you can reach the Matlache Bridge with the boat!
Cape Coral has approx. 170 thousand residents and is located in the SW of Florida’s Gulf of Mexico.
The Caloosahatchee river separates Cape Coral from Fort Myers.
400 miles (640 km) of canals run through Cape Coral, which is also known for its large number of gulf fields!
The SunSplash waterpark, and Mike Greenwells Familypark are just a few attractions that are located in the area.
Parks in Orlando are just approx. 3 hours away!
Price: May 01. – October 31. = 805 US-Dollar per Week
November 01 – April 30.= 861 US-Dollar per Week
The prices relate to 4 persons. For each additional person, $10 per day is added to the price.
Additionally there is an 11% tax ( 6% Sales tax, 5% Tourist Development Tax).
The prices include Electricity and Water supply.
Per day, $7.00 electricity is included, each additional kWh costs $0.15.
A deposit of $300 is required.
There is also a $145 fee for cleaning at the check-out.
The total price increaes 20% during Eastern and Christmas.
