and big living room from where you have access to the lanei/pool area through a huge 4-part slidedoor!

You can also access the lanai/pool area from the masterbedroom, dining area and a guestbedroom.

 

AC, garage for up to 3 automobiles, wireless Internet, and a 46" TV w/ DVD-Player is all included!

The kitchen contains all necessary devices such as fridge (w/ ice cubes), Ceran-Oven, microwave, dishwasher, and many

small devices such as coffee machine, toaster, watercooker, etc.

The masterbedroom features a walk-in closet and an own bathroom w/ shower and bath. 2 other bedrooms also feature closets and bathrooms w/ showers.

 

An automatic sprinkler system always provides green lawn!

 

 

 

The pool is open and features a waterfall w/ whirlpool. Both can be heat-up and are ready for use!

The pool is approximately 20ftx38ft. The entire pool area is approximately 1300sqft from which 160sqft are roofed!

Of course there is an anti-insect/termite service, so there is nothing to worry about when swimming in the pool or having a BBQ.

                                              

Villa Dolce Vita is located in the beloved South-East of Cape Coral. The next stores and restaurants

(McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Publix, Gas Station, etc) are just a mile away!

The house is on a quiet street.

 

Cape Coral has approximately 170.000 residents and is located in the South-West of Florida at the Gulf of Mexico.

Between Cape Coral and Fort Myers is the Caloosahatchee River. 400 miles of canals run through Cape Coral which is also known for its Gulf fields!

The Sunsplash Waterpark and the Mike Greenwells FamilyPark are just a few attractions the city has to offer!

Prices:     May 1. – October 30. = 900 US-Dollar per week

                    November 1. – April 30. = 950 US-Dollar per week

 

The prices relate to 4 persons. For each additional person, $10 per day is added to the price.

Additionally there is an 11% tax ( 6% Sales tax, 5% Tourist Development Tax).

The prices include Electricity and Water supply.

Per day, $7.00 electricity is included, each additional kWh costs $0.15.

A deposit of $500 is required.

There is also a $145 fee for cleaning at the check-out.
