Price: May 1. – October 31. = 525 US-Dollar per week
November 1. – 30.April = 665 US-Dollar per week
The prices relate to 4 persons. For each additional person, $10 per day is added to the price.
Childrens are free up to 12 years.
Additionally there is an 11% tax ( 6% Sales tax, 5% Tourist Development Tax).
The prices include electricity and water supply.
Per day, $ 7.00 electricity is included, each additional kWh costs $0.15.
A deposit of $200 is required.
There is also a $ 130 fee for cleaning at the check-out.
The total price increaes 20% during Eastern and Christmas.
