Price: May 01. – October 31. = 499 US-Dollar per Week
November 01 – April 30.= 599 US-Dollar per Week
The prices relate to 2 persons. For each additional person, $10 per day is added to the price.
Additionally there is an 11% tax ( 6% Sales tax, 5% Tourist Development Tax).
The prices include electricity and water supply.
Per day, $7.00 electricity is included, each additional kWh costs $0.15.
A deposit of $ 200 is required.
There is also a $135 fee for cleaning at the check-out.
The total price increaes 20% during Eastern and Christmas.
