It`s a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house with 1.450 Sq Ft under air.
The living room is equipped with TV, DVD and a sleeper sofa.
One of the guest bedrooms has also a TV.
The large pool area is face to south - enjoy the whole day the Florida sun and
the fantastic view. The pool is electric heated.
In the kitchen you can find everything what you need.
Rental Rates:
Peak Saison: November 1. to April 30. = 700 Dollar per week
Low Season: Mai 1. to October 31. = 600 Dollar per week
Rental rate incl. 4 Adults, additional Person cost 10 Dollar per Day.
Sales and Tourist tax will be added 11 %
Cleaning fee $ 120
Pets are not allowed
No smoking in the house
Electricity up to 7 Dollar per day is included.
Reservation Deposit 20 % from the Rental Balance
