Price: May 1. – October 31. = 665 Dollar per week
November 1. – April 30. = 756 Dollar per week
The prices relate to 4 persons. For each additional person, $10 per day is added to the price.
Children 12 years or younger are free.
Additionally there is an 11% tax ( 6% Sales tax, 5% Tourist Development Tax).
The prices include electricity and water supply.
Per day, $5.00 electricity is included, each additional kWh costs $0.15
A deposit of $300 is required.
There is also a $140 fee for cleaning at the check-out.
The total price increaes 20% during Eastern and Christmas.
