The kitchen features everything you need: new refrigerator with ice cubes through the door, glass top-stove with oven,
microwave, dishwasher, and much more, like a coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, etc.
The master bedroom has a second LCD-TV and a walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom with a big walk-in shower and Jacuzzi.
There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom with two single beds.
The guest bathroom features a tub/shower and pool area access.

The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater and a spa/whirlpool!

The house was built in 2004 and is located in the quiet North-West of Cape Coral.

Cape Coral has approx. 160 thousand residents and is located in the SW of Florida.
400 miles (640 km) of canals run through Cape Coral, which is also known for its large number of gulf courses!
The SunSplash waterpark, and Mike Greenwells Familypark are just a few attractions that are located in the area.
Parks in Orlando only 3 hours away!
May 1 – November 30 = $700.00 per Week
December 1 – April 30 = $1,200.00 per Week
Minimum Stay: 1 Week
The prices relate to 2 persons. For each additional person, $16.00 per day is added to the price.
Additionally there is an 11.5% tax (6.5% sales tax, 5% tourist development tax).
$7.00 per day is electricity included, each additional kWh costs $0.15.
A security deposit of $300.00 is required.
Cleaning fee $150.00 if you use not more as 2 bedrooms, $175.00 if you use 3 bedrooms
or if you stay 27 nights or longer! !
The total price increases 20% during Holidays.
No pets and no smoking in the house.
